Returns & Exchanges

At Kore Outdoor, we are committed to providing high-quality sports gear, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your gear in its original packaging and include all manuals, accessories, and a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
